Established in 1993 Westside Commercial Interiors [WSCI] brings a dedication to professional-grade interior construction and high-quality solutions for a variety of developments.
WSCI regularly works with Universities, Government Agencies, Mining, Oil and Gas companies and small to medium enterprise.
As a specialist commercial construction contractor, registered with the Builders Registration Board [BC100776]. We specialise in refurbishments, maintenance and fit outs to new and existing buildings.

Our Team
Wayne Refeld - Project Director
Wayne is the project director and owner of WSCI and responsible for the delivery of all WSCI projects. Wayne is a registered builder, qualified draftsperson and an experienced estimator. With significant experience in the construction and fit out fields, Wayne remains very hands on in the delivery of WSCI projects to ensure a well planned and thorough approach to each project.
Tim Gordon - Senior Project Manager
Tim is a registered builder and works closely with our Project Director to ensure project delivery. Tim has been involved in projects at WSCI for the past ten years. His qualification and wealth of experience within the building industry is invaluable when dealing with technical, complicated and challenging issues on-site.
Bradley Reid - Construction Manager
Brad is responsible for project controls and ensuring each team member delivers on the clients’ desired objectives, program and budget. Brad is highly respected by both the onsite workers and client representatives that he regularly works with.
Jacob Winter - Maintenance Manager
Jacob is responsible for the preparation and planning of our maintenance projects. With strong people skills and an excellent understanding of layout, facilities systems and permit requirements, Jacob helps keep our projects moving to deliver them on time and within budget.
Tracey Daly - Office Manager
Tracey is instrumental in making sure everything in the office runs smoothly on a daily basis. Tracey liaises closely with all project team members and is responsible for implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems. Tracey is always charismatic and well presented due to the high level of interaction with external visitors.
